What was I thinking??

Today at work I had one of those "what was I thinking days!"

So at Wal-mart every so often we get a free jean weekend, we usually have to donate a dollar to primary children's hospital to be able to wear jeans to work. But since its been a while since we have had an accident at work we got a free one this weekend. I was so excited to wear my Capri's to work so it would be cooler. It gets so hot at work! I was not even thinking about how they are too big, and I had silk underwear on. Silk underwear and too big pants to not make a good duo. I was pulling my pants up every 2o seconds or so..LOL and we were CRAZY busy today too. So my day pretty much went like this: Scan,scan,scan pull up pants. Scan, scan scan pull up pants....LOL I don't even know why I bought the size of Capri's I did. Well it was the size I thought I wore.. I lost some weight and it didn't even dawn on my to try a smaller size. owell...

I need to go buy a belt I guess!!

The Return of Mr. Turtle and other small stuff!!

Sorry it has been so long since I have blogged. Our scanner has not worked since the computer died and I always think posts are better with pictures so I didn't want to post without a picture. But it has been quite a while so I will add a update anyway and hopefully be able to add pictures soon. Not allot has been going on with us just the usual day to day stuff (another reason for not posting) In July we will be going to Bear Lake with the Peay side of the family to celebrate my parents 50th wedding anniversary. We are all looking forward to this. I'm sure I will take lots of photos to share with you all.

Constance is still having her reading lessons twice a week, She really is getting to be quite a reader (and she is only 3!) she has read many of the Frontline Phonics Readers. (pictured above) Her Great Grandma Henrie is the one who is teaching her. She is a very good teacher!

Constance now also knows how to write her numbers up to 10 by herself. After she has her numbers down, She will learn her letters (she knows some already)

I don't know what we will do when she starts school, Since she is learning how to read and write now. I guess she will have a good head start for school!

Oh, and Mr. Turtle is now back from his winter vacation. He was at Corys parents during the winter and cold months (since we keep him outside) and we could not have him inside the apartment ( we don't have permission from the apartments to keep him yet!)

and yes Constance is already wanting to feed him all the time!! she loves to watch him! maybe this summer I will get her over the fear of holding him.
