Yea a post!!!

Our computer died and as I type its in bits and pieces in our garbage can.  Well Santa must have thought that we were super good and he left us a new computer!, Thanks Santa!  So hopefully I will be able to post more often. We had a nice holiday season in our new home. Im sure it will be one to remember for a looonng time.  Here is a photo of Constance sitting on Santas lap, Isnt she the cutest fivve year old you've ever seen?

Constance turned 5 on September 2nd. Happy birthday to my babe!!  we had allot of fun with her for her birthday at Hogle Zoo, She took along with her several of her cousins  on the Jones side of the family.  We had a great day.  Also Constance is now in Kindergarten!, my baby is getting all grown up! and way to fast!!  She is taking Kindergarten at the Pre-school/Daycare that I work for.  They offer kindergarten there, way convenient since I am now working there full time. we are not sure what we will be doing with her schooling next year since she did not make the deadline. We may have to have her attend Kindergarten again.  We will see.  Another plus about her going to Kindergarten where I work is that they are only open Mon-Thurs. Constance and I are there 10 hours a day, I think the ten hour days get hard for when Thursdays roll around but its nice having three day weekends.  On another note about my job, I moved from the infant room to the toddler room.  I like the change, there is allot more things you can do with my 4 kids that I am in charge of in the Toddler room.  The bad side... They are not potty trained so I am still wiping poopy butts all day..lol  I also had a Mom of one of the Toddlers, as soon as she found out that I was the new teacher moving into the toddler room well the mom I will call her "K" she had a fit!! and moved her child into another class. I do not know what I have done to upset "K" so much.  I know I can not make everyone happy so I am not going to stress over the situation, I just wish I knew what I did.

I Just had to

My babe is so cute and I love her so much. so I just had to take a picture of her today. Just because.  So this is her today ready for church.  So ya Cory and I are weirded out by our neighbor, every time we go outside he is promptly in our driveway. So I'm thinking   "are you watching us ALL the time"  how else would he know when we are outside.  He does not talk much either except to tell you his problems.  This is the same neighbor that asked us if he could have our fire pit.  I thought it was just me that was feeling uncomfortable around this man but Cory told me he was yesterday too. So we checked to see if  he was a registered sex offender, cause you never know..  well and it was good to find out if there was any on our street and there is not so that's good.  I don't know what it is but that man just makes me nervous.

Did you all see on KSL news that there will be a public viewing of  Joseph Smiths Jr  Bible, tomorrow in Salt Lake? and that it is for sale for 1.5 Million.. Crazy.. Maybe I will go see it.  Hope everyone is doing well.

Constancs' Room and other random stuff

Sorry I have not posted in a month. Life gets busy sometimes. anyway for you viewing pleasure here is just a few decorations I put up in Constance's  room. I really like the flower light and how the cord is green so you can shape it into the stem and leaves. The pink elephant picture was given to her it says in french at the top "I'm comfortable in my own skin" I really like what it says.

apparently the past owners had a gray male cat well they just left him here and abandoned him and the neighbor was feeding him, but noticed that he was over here ALL the time so told us about him. So we are adopting him. His name is Freddy (Constance named him)  I will take a picture and post it sometime. He is a very friendly cat loves to snuggle and be by us.  We are also getting two baby cats who are already born just waiting till they will be old enough to leave the mommy cat.  They all will be just outside cats since Cory is allergic to them, (yes we are crazy)  Cory is allergic to so many things it has been hard for him living here, especially since we live across the street form the Rodeo grounds and all the animals and hay that comes with it.  He is being a good sport about it.

as for me I am loving having a house of my own!! I can't wait till we are all unpacked. we still have about 15  boxes to unpack and then we will pretty much be settled. The hard part is that I want everything for the home right now!! I want to decorate and its hard for my patience to do it a little at a time.. We really need curtains for the rooms so we can have privacy at night but they cost sooo much.  :(   Hopefully in the next couple of weeks I will be able to get them.  Our neighbors are really nice and we love our ward and They asked me to be in the nursery tonight, Cory is still waiting to see what his calling will be..


well that's if for now.  Oh and my Sister Amy had her baby yesterday and she is naming her Jennica Kathleen Abram. I have not seen her but I heard she has tons of hair! I'm sure she is a cutie Amy's kids are all really cute.

In no particular order..lol

OK here we go, from top to bottom. The top one of course is the front yard WITH our mystery tree.. we don't know what kind it is and IF it will survive. The bark kinda breaks off in your hand real easy its almost as if there is bugs eating it from the inside out??
The next photo is our bathroom and no our bathroom is not horizontal it loaded that way.. I have not Idea why.. and Yes that is a super ugly toilet seat cover.. GROSS!.. We are getting a new toilet seat anyway cause this one is broke. And I'm so glad that our bathroom is not horizontal just think of the problems it would cause for Cory or I to Pee.. Ya don't want to think about that one.

The next photo is One of our five bedrooms I am not going to put pictures up for all five bedrooms cause they look all the same, In fact I have no Idea which room this one is..lol 
And the photo below that one is our stairwell to show you my interesting half wall ledge? which I think I might put photos on or something.. So if you have a good Idea on how to decorate my half wall ledge thingy just let me know!  Then below that photo you will of course see our cracked driveway and the other shed which is attached to the carport. And more of the famous pea gravel!  and yes I know my text jumped.. I have no Idea why it is split up now.. Im getting very upset with it.. GRRrrrrr.  And finally the last one is our Front room with of course our Beautiful model which we hired for all of these lovely pictures. :)

Kitchen

Here is the kitchen pictures.  I did not really get a good angle on the kitchen for you all to get the Idea of the size. What you can tell is that I don't have much counter space at all.. I do however have the room to add more in the future when we get a chance. And this lower picture is where our kitchen table set will be and the back door, and stair case to the basement which I don't have any pictures of at the moment. Since its only partially done. There is two rooms in the basement which are mostly done I just didn't take any photos..my bad.

Backyard Shenanigans

This is the South  end of the back yard. Weeds and gravel are what we get to look forward too..lol
so if anyone needs any pea gravel we have a ton of it! literally.









 This picture is a fire pit in the back yard, no not a man hole sorry to disappoint you. I am looking forward to dutch oven cooking!!  for some reason I cant get it to let me type below the other two pictures so below the fire pit is our shed which we were pretty stoked about. The photo below the shed is more of the back yard its the north end and that structure in the air is a very unstable playhouse which actually has power running to it.the center (white) post is pretty stable but the four corner ones don't even touch the ground. Lets just say me and Cory could push it over by ourselves. we are going to try to save it for Constance by taking it off of the tall posts and putting it on the ground but we are not sure if it will break when we try to bring it down.  It is unsafe at the present time.

Its Gone!!!

Someone had told me that they had drove past our new place and the For Sale sign was gone, So Cory and I drove out there to take a look and low and behold it is gone!!! yea!! and  the other people had finally mowed our armpit/waist high lawn and weed collection..lol  but now we can see how brown the yard is.  The tree in the front yard is looking really sad as well.. some branches have OK leaves and greenness but most of the tree looks kinda sad and sick looking so we will have to figure out whats up with that as well.

We are  loving our new ward as well they are so loving and kind.  AND we met our first neighbor, before even telling us his name he asked if he could have the fire pit that's built into the backyard.. um HELLO!!!  he kind of had some nerve!, we just told him no and that we liked the thought of having a fire pit  to try out my Dutch oven that I have not used. yet... He wanted to dig up our fire pit to put in his yard.. but no.
After we told him no he didn't even have anything else to say to us, he was just quit. Finally he asked us what our names were. I told Cory if the fire pit ever shows up missing we would know where to find it.


 

Friday 9 Am Sharp!!!

we will be closing! and will be homeowners!!!, So excited and scared at the same time! and SO ready for it to be done and over with. I am so ready to be in a house of our own! and I want everyone to come and visit us once we move in.

YEA!!!

Here is a picture of our super cute first house! I have allot more photos but the picture loader on here is acting weird so I will try to add more photos later. We might be closing as early as next week!!! Wahoooo!!!!
But if that don't happen we will still be closing no later than June 4th. I am not looking forward to the actual move as far as packing and unpacking but I am looking forward to having our own place. WAHOOOO!!

Moving Along

After a few counter offers they have taken our offer, we still need to hear final word from the bank.  If everything goes as plans we will be closing on June 4th.

Cross your fingers!!

The Anticipation begins!  Our first offer on the Home we want gets submitted Tomorrow and the bank has 48 hours to respond!. I really hope they take it!!!  Everyone pls cross your fingers that it all goes well and they respond quickly.  If they don't take our offer we are prepared to offer more so I have hope  :)  Its in Grantsville and thats in Tooele county for anyone who might not know where its at.  Its a Pale yellow home, and is the EXACT floor plan of my parents home (something that I really love about it) its 2000 sq ft. and is 5 bedrooms and 1 bath with plumbing in the basement for a second bathroom.  Well technically there is a toilet in the basement just no walls or anything else to the bathroom so if ya really have to go then ya...  The basement is not finished well.. the two bedrooms in the base are finished just nothing else.  The people before had started to finish it and it is ready for insulation in the family room just not really anything else.  I love it!  and across the street there is not houses its the old Rodeo grounds in Grantsville.. Don't know if the grounds are still used but I guess we will find out IF and WHEN we get the home. For some reason the previous owners took the mail box with them so I thought that was funny.. Oh and the garbage can from the city is not there either I know both are no big deal to replace I just thought it was odd to take them.  If we do get the home then I will post pictures ASAP!  well I better stop telling you things about the home cause if we don't end up getting it then it will break my heart.  I'll let you know when I find out~

Heres to new beginings!

Cory and I were Pre Approved for a home loan.. The search begins! also trying to find one in the next 30 days so we can still get that free 8,000 .. Hope we do it!!

Oh what a day!

My day today was kinda crazy to say the least!

10 hour shift

9 poopy diapers (they all came from 2 boys..HAHA)

1 fire alarm set off at 2 pm so we had to load up all the babys lined in rows in the cribs and push them outside in the SNOWSTORM! (but not for very long before they cleared us good to go back in :)

2 car wrecks on I-80 turning my 30 min commute time into a 90 min commute time!

and last but not least!  Two very sore feet.

my day... Priceless!!

My Cory is a SweetHeart!!

Cory has been treating me like a Princess while I am on the mend and though I won't be eating the Cookies right away.. I know I will enjoy them later :) and Constance thinks its my birthday since he bought me balloons.. lol

I survived!

Well I made it through my appointment, and I'm on the mend :)  it took about three hours and  they gave me Lortab for the pain but it made me puke.. so I wont be taking that anymore!.. I am sore and I don't like the fact that I cannot eat whatever I want but I will survive.. So tonight whats for dinner you ask? Instant potatoes  with cheese and thinned down with tomato soup for flavoring. Its not to bad.. They told me not to have anything to cold or to hot for the first day or two but tomorrow I think I'm going to have a shake!

Warm Feeling

Today while at work I had just Barely picked up Liberty one of the kids in my class, She needed a diaper change. Liberty is 6 months old, anywho I had just barely picked her up when she spit up allot of warm baby puke and it just so happens that she aimed just right to have it all land on the front of my chest.. all that warm gooey liquid went down my shirt.. It caught me off guard and I just stood there frozen for a second... Eeww.
    In the next week or two I will be changing my schedule and I will work two 10 hour shifts instead of four, 4 hour shifts.  It will kinda be weird to only work 2 days a week and have 5 days off every week. But I'm sure I will be able to find something to feel in my free time..lol

I cannot tell you how much I want this weekend to be over with.  At this point I am more looking forward to having it over with than worrying about it.  But come Friday morning I'm sure I will have butterfly's in my stomach.  My appointment is at 8 AM  and will last about two hours, and then the healing will begin and I will have a new smile :)

Hope everyone wore green today and if you didn't shame shame.. There is no reason for this post really.. Except that I have the cutest girl in the whole world and to prove it here is some pictures of her today! I know the pictures are almost the same.. I just love the little differences..  It shows her personality.  She really is my peace of heaven.

R U kidding me?

Yesterday my  brother in law asked if  I could pick up his kids from school and bring them to the daycare with me (my bro in law runs the daycare) So today I go to their school and get there about 2:45 and they get out at 3:10 So me and Constance were listening to the radio and I wanted to roll down the window to get some fresh air and the window would not roll down.. So I tried to start the engine and nothing happened.  It would just make a pfft pfft noise. GREAT!! So my brother in law called his mother in law who does not live far away to have her come rescue us. We got back home and I was hoping that my in laws van was in the garage so I could take it to work and still get in  a couple of hours at work but it was not there.  So yea.. I had to lock up the van and just leave it at the school and hope that I don't get towed before I can get someone over there to get it.  I really hope that it will be an easy not too expensive fix.
