House Searching

Yesterday we went with our Realtor and saw a bunch of homes, me and Cory both fell in love with one in springville, but our lease is not up till April-Mayish. so we will continue our search. After all we don't want to "buy" the first house we see. Though we have already seen a few. It is not new by any means. I like older houses I think they have more character than new ones being built. They have history, they have a story. by the way, some basements of older houses are kinda scary!

We are putting our house up for sale. It is in springville. It is only two years old, but it is a fantastic ward! What is your price range? It is a four bedroom townhome. It is an end unit and the windows let in alot of sunlight! We love it, but Jeremy was laid off and we need to cut our expenses.

Yeah, we avoided old houses that had basements. Too scary. Good luck finding a house! I thought it was really fun but also really scary. Our price range was so low that we kind of just picked the only house that was in decent condition. But it turned out great, and it's been fun to fix up the place.
