House Searching

Yesterday we went with our Realtor and saw a bunch of homes, me and Cory both fell in love with one in springville, but our lease is not up till April-Mayish. so we will continue our search. After all we don't want to "buy" the first house we see. Though we have already seen a few. It is not new by any means. I like older houses I think they have more character than new ones being built. They have history, they have a story. by the way, some basements of older houses are kinda scary!

I forgot to tell you, I am applying for a grant to go back to school this fall, I'll keep you posted how it goes! its kind of scary to think about.

Its Gone, My hair that is!

So the other day on a whim I cut my hair off. It is Short now. and since then I have had a total of 5 people that I work with introduce themselves to me. not realizing that's its me I guess. I'll try to post a picture soon. I think its pretty cute!

Pretty Blue Eyed Babe!!

I just wanted to show some pictures of Constance that I took just yesterday, I had a few pictures left on the roll that I wanted to develop. So she modeled for me.

She kept telling me, take this picture, then she would pose. and then she'd say "that was a cute one"

I love this one the most! doesn't she look so sweet and innocent?!

I really like this one too. She looks so grown up! oh and be sure to look at the homemade pretzels that we made! there is a picture on my other blog. They are soo good!!

Flirty Aprons

Update on Constance

This last Monday we had her mouth fixed. It was a traumatic experience for all 3 of us. We were waiting for her turn, when they come and tell me to hold her on my lap facing sideways. The dental assistant then distracts Constance with little toys she could pick out of and take home with her. As she is looking at them the Anesthesiologist gives her a tranquiliser in the arm. She cried for like 5 seconds before it starts to kick in. Then I watch as my little girl is carried into the dental chair. She looked so lifeless. It made me cry. Then about an hour later they come and get us to be with her while they start to wake her up. They then told me she would have double vision for a while, and might start throwing up (which she did on Cory as he was caring her to the car) The rest of the day was hard. She was half out of it for a few hours and crying after that (she didn't understand why her mouth was numb and did not understand the sensation of a numb mouth.) and her gums were really sensitive for a couple days after. (still are a little)

We had a nice Christmas, I will post about that another day when I get our pictures developed. I am just SO thankful that her mouth is fixed. That her infection is gone. And for the Merry Christmas that she had.
